Facilities are good, and there's shuttle from airport to hotel.

The standard queen room includes a coffee machine, WiFi, and a TV, and there's a nice hot breakfast with a variety of food; the location is convenient, close to downtown, plus there's a nice pool.

Nothing except that it's in. Hotel. there was no dining opportunity.

The superior queen room with a great view, facilities worked for us. The location was decent close to a fabulous Chinese Buffet restaurant.

shower did not work(no water)..room very cold, heater takes forever.

The property was reliable and fully equipped with helpful staff. The hotel was near good highway access and Pearson Int'l airport.- The attached restaurant opens at 6 am for breakfast.

The Airport Shuttle service said they would be there showed up thirty five minutes later after we called them two more times.It was freezing out.

This place has efficient services and a nice selection of warm breakfast choices, the standard queen room is updated and clean.

It was a convenient location for me as I am an ardent race-goer and like to check out racetracks across the world wherever I might happen to be. The walk across to the Woodbine was quick in a little under 10 minutes and must admit the racetrack was like a 5-star property.

To be frank there is nothing I can think that I disliked as such.

Property was ideal, with cooperative staff and magnificent location to hotel's restaurant. Great to have an attached restaurant which opens at 6 am for breakfast. Easy check in and late check out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Simply no complaints whatsoever, just perfect stay.

The staff here is amazing, very accommodating, and the service is exceptional, plus the double room we got was tidy and affordable.

The hotel is reliable and well priced. the staff from the shuttle drivers to the front desk and housekeepers are cooperative. - the units are recently renovated and reasonably priced. - Each unit includes a microwave and a coffee machine. - the location is nice, just a pleasant stroll away from a shopping mall. - I would come here again if I go back to Toronto.
